Team Work

Our team has spent a lot of time in conversation lately about how we don’t work as a team.  We more often function as a loosely connected group that meets up once in a while to pray together.  We have fallen into the myth of believing that people at such vastly different stages of language and cultural acquisition can’t really work together or that our ministries are our own and we don’t need help.  Both of these lines of thinking are false; they are lies that keep us from working together in unity.  The truth is that our dream of a Church Planting Movement among the YOU people is bigger than anyone of us individually.  In the beginning of August, some of my teammates and I will be attending a conference in Kuala Lumpur on how we, as a team, can format a plan that uses our communal gifts to their full extent in hopes of seeing a Church Planting Movement among the YOU people.  Please be in prayer that we will be praying at each step of plan formations, and that we would have the incentive to keep working together.  Ask that God would use our combined efforts for His glory.
