In May I had the
opportunity to travel with friends to a nearby city to attend a series of
lectures. Dr. Woodberry, a professor of
Islamic studies at Fuller Theological Seminary has recently edited a book that
looks at teams who are seeing churches planted in the Muslm world. He and a team of researchers sought out
trends and common practices and tried to establish a list of things these teams
were doing to see fruit. He was gracious
enough to make the trip out to Central Asia
and share his findings with us. The book
is entitled: From Seed to Fruit: Global Trends, Fruitful Practices, and Emerging
Issues among Muslms William Carey Library, 2008.
