Team Struggles

We are currently going through a time of transition as a team new people are arriving, some people are in the midst of changing their focus and others have decided to head home for a time.  There is even talk of splitting the group into two teams in hopes of greater effectiveness.  All of this has a great effect on our ability to work together; in fact some of these changes have not gone all that smoothly.  I have really been struggling with the tension that all of this has created.  Please pray that I myself would be a better team player, also ask that our leadership could work well together in making wide decisions for the future of our team.
