She ‘Liked’ it

 Our social media project is growing. We have now posted over 100 pieces of content! We also have almost 1,000 followers on Facebook and 750 on Instagram. Each one of these numbers is a reason to rejoice as they show us that the gospel is making it into the hands and phones of devout Muslims in our area. But out of all the statistics, the one interaction that has mattered the most to me was one simple heart, aka a ‘like’, to our recent post that was added by a friend of mine. She doesn’t know that I am connected to this content; she just saw a verse from the Psalms quoted in the context of praying for her children. The attractive image, and the meaningful text led her to push the button saying that she ‘liked’ it. Such a small thing, but my heart rejoiced knowing that our content is reaching our target audience. I am giving thanks that my friend is now coming across truth on her phone which is backing up the very message I share with her in person.
