Recently we gathered together with all the people in this country who are focused on reaching out to our people group. We totalled about 15 people from 11 different nations, and yet for the glory of His name we all live in one place and reach out to one people group. It was such an encouraging day to learn the creative ideas workers are using to connect with their neighbours. Not just chais and visits to the bazaar, but one couple helps their friends with online shopping since they can navigate the website in a foreign language. In this way they have people in their home and talk needs and daily life. There was a lot of good discussion about cultural characteristics of our people group, and importantly lots of prayer for the work. This is a meeting we hope to maintain every six months to help keep us all keep engaged and serving together.
